Affectionately Yours, Show some Dairy Love

Words are the voice of the heart

When your world seems to be full of more lemons than lemonade and you know that you are just one of many hurting you often find yourself trying to cope with both their world and yours

Farmers so often put our hearts into everything and when our hearts bleed we often find ourselves so confused we don’t know what to do.

Social media is a wonderful way for farmers to  come together and overcome the isolation and distance that separates us when we are most in need

Nobody champions this more than young people in agriculture. Today I salute two of them

Young wool farmer Emma Turner has a unique knack of capturing beautiful images from her family farm to share whats in her heart

Emma Turner

Dairy farmer AGvocate Casey Weel has beautifully connected her feelings and her thoughts to create her Ode to the delicious, nutritious cocktail that is the humble glass of milk

What an opportunity   Surely it would be a delight for every photographer and every creative team to find the perfect combination of images  to leave a lifelong legacy  for these words and the emotion behind them.

Casey Weel

thanks Emma and Casey as these cows said to the little sheep – No matter how big or how small – we are all in this together

We are all in this together

Farmers everywhere share the same highs and lows.. They are committed and they are in it for the long haul.  Lets show some ‪#‎dairylove‬ and ‪#‎wearwool‬

Its amazing how powerful groups who work together can be
