Visionary leaders – agriculture has one

My posts on Australian agriculture leadership or lack of have created some very robust conversations. Some people are under the misconception I am suggesting that I am agriculture’s solution to the leadership void

Heaven forbid that is the last thing on my mind.  Whilst I acknowledge I may have been letting the cat into the pigeon house and the goat into the garden and putting the fifth wheel on the car the exciting news is agriculture in 2016 does have a visionary leader.

He meets the 24/7 365 dirt under the fingernails prerequisite, the only thing that may hold him back in some peoples eyes is he is under 40. OMG that some-one so young should be our silver bullet.

His name is James Walker – he hails from the beef state – the home of the feared Maroons.

A bit of background James is the founder of Agrihive

James as far as I am aware is yet to enter agri-politics  –  the question is what is going to entice him to move to the dark side

I will leave this up to the 24/7 365 dirt under the fingernails farmers to work out
